The holiday season is slowly starting to pick up. Finally the number of vaccinated people keep increasing and it feels like life is pretty much back to normal with holiday parties, nights out, and at-home get togethers are picking up. And with that we all have a tendency to let something fall through the cracks… Somehow we stop having time to go to the gym and workout, somehow cooking a balanced meal or meal planning is too much hassle and you just don’t have the time to think that far ahead. To be honest, I also fall into this category. As much as I try to maintain a healthy and balanced life, sometimes stress increases, you become busy with too many things, you get tired more and something has to give. But to make sure that our busy social schedule (and work) aren’t getting in front of something that we all work hard to maintain - a balanced life! Sometimes it takes a bit of work to get back on and stay on track but here are some simple tips to help us all out in the upcoming weeks, what with Thanksgiving (Friendsgiving), and the slew of December holiday parties. So here are 5 quick tips to help you keep on track so that you’re not in a shock and hurry to set resolutions come the first week of 2022!
